Delete Your Account

You can delete your family's Koru Voice Quests account and all associated data at any time. You do not need the app installed to make this request.

How to Request Deletion

Email divij@koruverse.com with the subject "Delete my Koru account" from the email address you used to sign up. That's it.

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. We verify that requests come from the parent email on the account before deleting.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your child's profile (first name, age, interests)
• All conversation summaries, key facts, and parent recaps
• Session history and settings

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Consent records are retained for 3 years as legal evidence of parental consent, as described in our Privacy Policy; they contain no conversation content.

What We Never Had

Koru never stores your child's voice recordings or conversation transcripts, so there are no recordings to delete. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect and how long we keep it.
